Appointments
Appointments for the Noorda-COM Health Clinics are scheduled based off of the physicians’ availability. First-time/New patients must arrive 45 minutes before their appointment to complete paperwork. Established patients should arrive 30 minutes early and must not exceed a 10-minute tardiness window. If this requirement is not met, the appointment may be rescheduled. Any special appointment times are to be given directly by the doctor.
Cancellation Policy
To provide efficient and timely care, we follow a strict appointment and cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your appointment, we request at least 24 hours' notice to allow us time to offer the slot to another patient. We recognize that emergencies or important personal obligations may occasionally prevent you from attending an appointment. However, failing to notify us in advance means another patient might miss the opportunity for essential care. Likewise, when others neglect to cancel their appointments, it can limit our ability to accommodate you.
A "no show" is when a patient does not attend their appointment or fails to cancel at least one working day in advance. We understand that delays can happen; however, if you are delayed, please inform the office. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to respect the time of other patients and staff.
